Frequiently Asked Questions

What are your sizes like?

Please check the items description on the website as this will indicate if the item is small fitting. Alternatively, you can message us via Instagram/email.

What weight are your newborn items?

Unfortunately, this is not something we can confirm however we advise fits up to 1 month

Will an item be back in stock?

We cannot guarantee an item will be back in stock as we like to constantly update our stock on a regular basis brining in new items weekly. The best way is to keep track of our Instagram story as new stock is always uploaded here first.

Has my item been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from ourselves confirming your item has been shipped including a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE Royal Mail do not provide a fully tracked service. When the item states it has been received at the post office this does not mean it is still sitting there. The tracking system will only update once delivered or attempted delivery has been made. Please allow 5 days for 1st class and 10 days for 2nd class before contacting ourselves.

International delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a tracked and signed basis and time scale is dependent on location and customs.

What courier do we use?

We use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for depending on what option you pick. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Can I amend my order?

As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. Please DM us via Instagram or email us as soon as possible and we will advise if postage has been made.

CollI forgot to put my discount code in, what can I do?

Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.

What happens if my parcel has been lost?

Please allow up to 3 weeks before making contact with ourselves. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with Royal Mail. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for this to be investigated. Please be patient as this is out of our control. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.

Have you received my return?

Please always remember to place your full contact details in the returns parcel so we are able to make quick contact with yourself. Please allow up to 7 days once the item has been received by ourselves to process the refund. As advised, we are not responsible for the returns costs and advise to send 1st or 2nd class signed for.
